PVC privacy fence supplier in China
Velp has introduced a dedicated PVC privacy fence line covering white horse rail profiles and eco friendly garden fencing. The product targets distributors and landscape contractors serving residential estates, parks and property boundaries where steel rust and timber rot are the main maintenance complaints.
PVC fence is extruded rather than welded, so the profile design determines both appearance and stiffness. Velp's horse rail profile uses a reinforced internal rib, which allows longer spans between posts than hollow rails and reduces the number of posts per meter of boundary.
Product Range
- White horse rail fence - three rail and two rail systems for equestrian and estate boundaries.
- Privacy panels - tongue and groove picket infill for full visual screening.
- Garden fencing - low height decorative panels for landscaping and pool surrounds.
- Accessories - posts, caps, brackets, gate kits and corner sections.

Why Buyers Move From Timber And Steel
Timber fences need staining every two years and rot at ground level. Galvanized steel rusts at cut edges and welds. PVC avoids both failure modes: it does not corrode, does not host insects, and does not splinter - a safety benefit around horses, children and pets. Velp formulates with UV stabilizers and impact modifiers so panels resist yellowing and cold weather cracking.
The company also offers recycled-content formulations for projects with environmental procurement criteria, and can supply color matched gate kits so the boundary reads as one continuous system.
Logistics
PVC profiles are light compared with steel, so a 40-foot container carries a large boundary length. Velp packs rails and posts in protective film with cardboard edge guards to prevent scuffing in transit, and supplies assembly instructions with each set for installer convenience.
